WHAT IS THE DM FIRM
What do we do: The DM Firm supports entrepreneurs by creating practical business models/systems that are supported by marketing efforts (traditional and digital). We work with our entrepreneurs to understand their brands scalability, expectations, and create a customized strategy.
Our focus: We all work on our strengths whether its strategy, creative design, project implement, etc. We also have developed solid collaborations with other professional to make sure that you are getting 100% of our efforts. What the DM Firm delivers is innovative and very well put together.
Programming.
Jump Start - You had an idea and took the first leap of faith. Now you are overwhelmed with turning your idea into a solid business. All you want to talk about is your brand and you need to meet other entrepreneurs with the same energy. You want to be taken seriously and let the competition know you have arrived. You will walk through the process of shoring up your brand and preparing you for the next step in the entrepreneurial journey. After this workshop series you will have a clear understanding of your business model, how it runs, how you will grow, and what your next steps are.
Accelerate – Your brand is a formal business and its foundation is solid. You are thinking about all the ways you can grow the brand. The options may feel overwhelmed. Do you need a subscription model, reach a different audience, or spend more money on marketing? Are you feeling overwhelmed yet? After this workshop series, you will have a clear understanding of your business model, how it runs, how you will grow, and what your next steps are. Terms and Conditions:
Our programs have various payment investment models depending on if you select to have a self-guided access, self-guided access with checkins, or attending at LIVE session. Whichever method works best for your learning style or work-life balance requires you to mange your involvement with the sessions. We are providing the knowledge you are responsible to implement what you view as necessary for your business growth.
Access To Recordings
The sessions will have a clear schedule of when sessions are make available and how long you will have access to the recordings.
Life Time Access
You will NOT have life time access to the recordings. The recordings will be made available based on a pre- determined schedule that you will receive via email. The email that you provide at the point of purchase will be the email that we will send the schedule to.
Sharing Access To Recordings – You are not promitted to share access to recordings. If you share, screenshot, or otherwise duplicate portions or entiry of the recordings, workbook, or worksheets provided to you, you understand that you have be held responsible and face legal action.
Return or Refund Policy – Once you submit payment, funds will not be returned under any circumstances.
Legal Terms & Conditions
We’ll carry out our work in accordance with good industry practice and at the standard expected from a suitably qualified person with relevant experience.
In the event of any dispute over this agreement, this agreement will be interpreted by the laws of the State of New York and any lawsuite or arbitration must be brought in the BRONX COUNTY of the STATE OF NEW YORK. The contractee not the DM Firm agrees to pay for attorney feesm court cost and or necessarily expenses incurred for these purpose. If any portion of this agreement is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdictuion, the remainder of the agreement would still have full force and effect.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We own the intellectual property of the recordings, workbook, and any material related to this program printed or recorded.
